Are you a confident communicator with a natural ability to connect with people? Are you looking for a role where you can earn commission, learn new skills, and build a long-term career in sales? At iReview, we’re on the lookout for driven individuals to join our Lead Generation team.

As a Lead Generator, you’ll be speaking to qualified customers about Home and Contents Insurance, using a predictive dialler to engage in meaningful conversations and pass over high-quality leads to our sales team.

Whether you're looking for your first step into sales or already have experience in a customer-facing role, we’ll give you the tools, training, and support to succeed.

We work closely with all the major UK insurance providers to ensure our customers receive competitive policy options, exclusive multi-product discounts, and access to our free online document storage platform – giving them 24/7 peace of mind.

What You’ll Be Doing

Speak to qualified leads using our predictive dialler
Ask the right questions to identify customer needs
Handle objections with empathy and confidence (full training provided)
Pass on accurate, high-quality leads to the sales team
Work towards achievable weekly and monthly targets – and earn commission for your success
Be part of a supportive, lively sales floor that celebrates effort and achievement

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills – you’re confident, clear and professional on the phone
Motivated, reliable, and resilient – you bounce back and stay focused
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in customer service or call handling is ideal, but not essential – we’ll provide all the training you need
Target-driven and money-motivated individuals who want to grow

What You’ll Get

£24,785 basic salary
Realistic OTE of £33,000+
Weekly pay (37.5-hour working week with early finish on Fridays)
22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing annually with service (up to 27 days)
