Overview

Join Veridian Consultancy and become an integral part of a growing, community-focused organisation dedicated to helping people access the right specialist support when they need it most. We are a local marketing and referral company based in Tower Hamlets, working closely with communities to raise awareness of issues such as housing disrepair, debt support, and medical negligence by connecting individuals with independent specialist firms.

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and compassionate individual who enjoys working with people and takes pride in making a positive impact within the local community. This is a varied role that combines office administration, customer service, lead generation, community engagement and marketing support.

No two days will be the same. One day you may be welcoming visitors to the office, following up with enquiries and updating our CRM system; the next, you may be attending a community event, distributing marketing materials, or supporting local outreach campaigns across Tower Hamlets.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a supportive and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional and friendly first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
Answer incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries with excellent customer service.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication throughout the enquiry process.
Accurately record and update client information using Microsoft Office and our CRM system.
Assist in qualifying enquiries before referring suitable cases to our partner firms.
Support the planning and delivery of community outreach campaigns across Tower Hamlets.
Participate in local door-to-door awareness campaigns, distributing marketing materials and introducing Veridian Consultancy to local residents.
Attend community events, workshops and networking opportunities alongside the management team.
Build positive relationships with local residents, community organisations and businesses.
Assist with preparing marketing materials, presentations and community information packs.
Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
Coordinate appointments, meetings and diary schedules.
Support the wider team with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to business growth.

Professionalism, empathy and discretion when dealing with sensitive enquiries.
A genuine interest in supporting local communities.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in administration, customer service, community engagement, sales support or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience using CRM systems is advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
Comfortable making and receiving telephone calls.
Confident using computers and learning new software.
Experience working with members of the public is highly desirable.
Experience within charities, community organisations, housing associations or customer-facing environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
