Full job description

We are looking to recruit 2 x Relief Security Officer

Pay Rate: £15.22 Per hour

Shift Pattern 1: Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm (60 hours per week) (TEMPORARY UNTIL APPROX. 2028)

Shift Pattern 2: 3 days & 3 nights on, 6 days off, 6am-6pm/ 6pm-6am (PERMANENT)

Role Purpose

· To provide a physical security presence ensuring staff feel welcomed and safe whilst at work.

Role Responsibilities

*Full UK driving licence and age 25 or above*

· To meet and greet at strategic times ensuring all visitors are booked in.

· To communicate effectively with key stakeholders on site.

· To ensure no tailgating takes place.

· To patrol the building at set times utilising a patrol system.

· To assist in first aid incidents.

· To act as fire marshal in the event of a fire alarm activation.

· To complete the daily occurrence book whilst on duty.

· To complete incident reports and escalate to key stakeholders.

· To manage contractors on site.

· To ensure all fire exits are in working order.
