Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and polished Sales Advisor to represent our prestigious luxury brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within an elegant retail environment, engaging with discerning clients and showcasing our exclusive products. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for creating memorable shopping experiences, promoting our brand values, and contributing to the store’s overall success.

Commission is paid on all orders

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the store
Provide expert advice on products, highlighting features and benefits tailored to individual client needs
Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries to boost brand visibility
Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure an attractive shopping environment
Organise and manage stock levels, ensuring products are well-presented and replenished as needed
Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including processing payments and issuing receipts
Develop strong relationships with clients through personalised service and follow-up communications
Assist in organising promotional events or special initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients or suppliers

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour
Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management accurately
Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of merchandising principles and visual presentation standards within luxury retail settings
Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
