Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling customer enquiries over telephone and email, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, strong analysis skills, and drive to contribute to our company's growth and success.

This is an important role and offers long-term career opportunities to become a key member of a team. This individual will be working directly with the Owner, Sales Director, Customer Service and wider team (Marketing, IT, Production and Warehouse).

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Handle incoming customer queries and offer sales support to ensure best-in-class customer service
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Utilise a CRM platforms to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT and customer service to deliver tailored solutions.

Skills

1-2 years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales metrics and market data effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software for managing client relationships.
Organised approach to managing multiple work streams simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong Team Player
Fluent English and able to write professional emails
Positive mindset with the determination to learn
Team player
