As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive and driven sales team. Your focus will be spotting new opportunities, growing sales in your region, and helping The Timber Group grow. What You’ll be Doing:

Growing business with our existing customers - making sure they’re getting the best from us
Reconnecting with dormant accounts - turning them into active trading partners
Finding new business through your network, online leads, cold calls – whatever works!
Delivering top-notch customer service - building strong, lasting relationships
Promoting our full product range to help boost sales and margins
Hitting your targets for turnover, profit, and new accounts – and celebrating the wins
