Day and nights available:

Four days on, four days off

6am to 6pm

6pm to 6am

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Production Workers at all experience levels to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be an essential part of the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe creation of high-quality products. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a collaborative team, and gain valuable experience in food production and safety standards. Whether you're just starting out or bringing previous experience, your enthusiasm and commitment will help us achieve operational excellence every day.

Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment used in food production processes with precision and care
Follow strict food safety protocols, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines, to ensure product quality and safety
Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling products according to established procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas to uphold food safety standards
Conduct basic math calculations for measurements, portioning, and quality checks
Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions, reporting concerns promptly
Support mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Skills

Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
Strong understanding of food production processes and safety standards
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machinery
Basic math skills for measurements, portioning, and quality control tasks
Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and consistently
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs
