About the Role

You will be joining a successful team working within our Warehouse in Longport, Stoke-on-Trent. You will play a hands-on role in supporting our warehouse operations, preparing hardware systems, and ensuring stock is organised and ready for dispatch. If you have a labouring or warehouse background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory and ensure stock is organised efficiently within the warehouse.
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Receive incoming deliveries, check stock, and allocate items to the correct warehouse locations.
Assemble and prepare hardware systems ready for installation or shipment.
Carry out basic checks on EPOS hardware and equipment (full training provided).
Refurbish returned hardware by cleaning, testing, and ensuring all required cables and accessories are included.
Inspect returned equipment for faults and organise hardware for repair, refurbishment, or storage.
Stack and replenish warehouse shelving while maintaining an organised stockroom.
Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely (training provided where required).
Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment, following all health and safety procedures.
Support the wider warehouse team with general logistics and operational tasks as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a warehouse, labouring, logistics or similar hands-on role.
A Forklift Licence is desirable but not essential.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A methodical approach and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Basic IT skills and confidence using technology.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
The right to work in the UK is essential.
