Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within recruitment, whether you already have some recruitment experience or are a graduate eager to develop within a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

You will receive full training and support while learning how to build client relationships, source high-quality candidates, and develop your own specialist market. Key Responsibilities

Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Conduct candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks
Write and advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships
Manage the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement
Maintain accurate records using CRM and recruitment systems
Support social media and marketing activities to promote vacancies and candidate availability
Meet individual and team performance targets

Skills & Experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Professional and confident telephone manner
Strong attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development experience is advantageous
