We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic Bank Support Workers to join our team and make a genuine difference to the adults we support.

This is more than a support role. It’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, promote independence and help people live the lives they choose.

You might already have experience as a Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant, Care Worker or Personal Assistant — or you may be completely new to care.

What will you be doing?

As a Bank Support Worker, you’ll provide flexible support across our services, helping people to live fulfilling, meaningful and independent lives.

Your day could involve supporting with personal care, daily living, meals, medication, appointments and community activities — but it will also involve something much more important:

getting to know the people you support and finding out what matters to them.

No two people are the same, and no two days are necessarily the same.
