Your Role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you’ll learn how to deliver an exceptional customer experience while developing the skills needed to become a successful vehicle sales professional.

With full training and support, you’ll be responsible for:

Creating outstanding and memorable buying experiences for every customer
Responding to new and used vehicle enquiries and developing them into sales
Building positive, long-term relationships with customers
Understanding customers’ needs and recommending the right vehicle and ownership solution
Presenting vehicle features, finance options and additional products
Promoting accessories, warranties and other additional services
Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity
Keeping your product knowledge up to date
Working towards individual and team targets
Developing your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and coaching

About You

You don’t need previous vehicle sales experience – we’ll teach you the automotive side of the role.

What matters is your attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.

You’ll ideally bring:

A genuine interest in sales and delivering great customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking to people and building relationships
A positive, proactive and enthusiastic attitude
The motivation to achieve targets and earn through your performance
Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries
Confidence using digital systems and technology
A willingness to learn and develop
A full, clean UK driving licence

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, telesales or another target-driven environment would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
