Salary: £11.77 to £14.24 per hour including holiday accrual, plus service charge.

Role Overview:

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities. You will assist in delivering high-quality service to our guests and maintaining the overall efficiency of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to all guests dining at our establishment
Assisting with food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts
Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role within the catering or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Food hygiene certification is desirable
