Office Administrator - Autac (Macclesfield)

About us:

Autac is the UK's leading manufacturer of retractable cables and coils, based in Macclesfield, Cheshire. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.

Key duties will include but not limited to:

General office duties Supporting all departments such as Accounts, HR, Purchasing & Sales
General office administration such as scanning, e-filing, minuting meetings,
supporting corporate events, onsite stationary, managing inbound calls.
Assisting the Accounts in both the Sales and Purchase Ledger
Assisting HR by managing staff holiday requests/ uniforms/ notice boards/ training.
Updating and reporting using company systems such as the sales dashboard, spreadsheets, and databases.
Administrative support as required for the management team.
Other ad hoc as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong communication, customer service and relationship building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
Knowledge of MRP and Sage 50 desirable
Able to use your initiative and be proactive in your approach to tasks.
Resilient and adaptable when dealing with challenge and change.
Competent at working on your own and as part of a small team.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
