This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while developing your skills within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Support individuals with mobility and daily activities, promoting independence where possible
Follow personalised care plans to meet each client's specific needs
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times
Utilise IT systems to update care records and document relevant information
Drive between different care settings or client homes as required (driving licence preferred)
Promote a positive, respectful, and supportive atmosphere for clients

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
Driving licence is advantageous for roles involving travel between locations
Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in caring for others
Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately and professionally
