Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our clients premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. This position offers flexible hours suitable for those seeking part-time employment with the opportunity to develop their skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in designated areas
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards of hygiene
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning activities to the supervisor
Assist with organising cleaning schedules and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines

Qualifications

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
Valid Enhanced Certificate required, however, we can order this if required
Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and visitors
Organised with good attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Time for shift is 5.30 pm to 8.30 pm Monday to Friday
