Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Marketing and Commercial Managers to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth. The successful candidates will oversee marketing campaigns, manage client relationships, and develop commercial strategies to maximise revenue. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence organisational success through innovative marketing practices and effective management of sales operations. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent analysis skills, and a solid understanding of B2B sales environments.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
Manage and optimise B2B sales channels to expand market reach and increase revenue
Lead, motivate, and oversee marketing and sales teams to achieve targets
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions
Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales pipelines, customer interactions, and campaign performance
Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
Monitor campaign effectiveness through data analysis and adjust strategies accordingly
Prepare detailed reports for senior management on marketing performance and sales metrics

Skills

Proven management experience within marketing or sales environments
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving objectives
Extensive knowledge of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for data analysis and reporting
Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a competitive landscape
Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
