Job Description

The Tube & Bracket Company - Trilogiq UK is seeking Production Associate to join our team in Norton Canes. This position is responsible for assembling and packaging products in a manner that meets company standards, while maintaining safety and quality control.

Essential Functions:

Assembles products by following assembly instructions, part numbers, and safety guidelines. Follows all company policies and procedures.
Package finished products according to company standards, while maintaining quality control. Maintains a clean work area.
Must be able to read assembly parts and parts numbers.
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions for product assembly.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Works closely with other team members and supervisors/managers.
Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

English & Maths GCSE preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three to (5) years with a stable work history.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities including time management, team work, and safety standards.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively using written and verbal instructions.
Ability to use basic power & hand tools, including Impact drivers, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers etc
Mechanically minded & take pride in their work.
