Hours: 40 - 45
Salary: depending on experience plus £1 tips extra an hour

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, while also handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in a café or restaurant setting
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Background in culinary arts and food safety practices
- Experience in food preparation and cooking
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service excellence
- Relevant experience in food production and kitchen operations
