We’re growing our care team in Thornley/Cornforth and are looking for caring, reliable people who want a rewarding role where they can truly help others.

What You’ll Do

Support service users to remain independent at home
Assist with personal care (bathing, continence care, pad changes)
Provide basic domestic support to maintain a safe home environment
Prepare meals, snacks and drinks
Communicate clearly with service users, families and professionals
Report any concerns regarding wellbeing or safety

About You

No experience needed — full training provided.
We simply ask that you are:

Caring and compassionate
Trustworthy and reliable
Positive and enthusiastic
Over the age of 18
Able to provide two references
Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities for the role required are:

Promote independence, caring for the service users within their own home.
Assist in the support of personal care tasks; bathing, continence care, pad changes.
Maintain a safe, enjoyable home environment for the service users by assisting with basic domestic tasks.
Preparing meals, snacks and drinks to help sustain the service users nutrition and hydration needs.
Communicate effectively with service user, next of kins and other medical professionals to ensure a high quality service to all.
Identify and report any concerns in relation to a service users safety, wellbeing and welfare.
