We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our regional sales team and play a key role in driving revenue growth across our parcel delivery and logistics solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers, identifying opportunities, and turning prospects into long-term business relationships.

What you'll be doing

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing a strong sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and profitability targets within your designated region. You will engage with decision-makers across a variety of businesses, presenting tailored parcel delivery solutions and building lasting commercial partnerships. Working closely with operational and customer service teams, you will ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition through to handover and ongoing account success.

You’ll:

Identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and activity targets.
Drive growth through a strong mix of profitable business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new customers.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Keep customer information and sales activity updated within Salesforce CRM.
Monitor conversion rates and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring:

Proven experience in a field sales, business development, or account management role.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new business.
Full UK Driving Licence.
GCSE-level education or equivalent.

Desirable

Experience within the parcel delivery, logistics, or wider transport sector.
Previous experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Please note, all shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment centre on the 15th September in Reading.
