Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to support the leadership team within our organisation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining high standards across departments. Responsibilities

Assist the Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing operational activities to meet organisational goals.
Support staff development programmes, including training sessions and workshops, with an emphasis on teaching and mentoring team members.
Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards and health & safety regulations.
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively across teams.
Supervise staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional growth initiatives.
Organise schedules and allocate resources efficiently to optimise productivity.
Participate in recruitment processes and assist with onboarding new employees.
Promote a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a similar setting.
Background in teaching or training is highly desirable, with demonstrated ability to educate and motivate others.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an approachable manner.
Ability to lead by example and foster a collaborative team environment.
