Location: Gosport, Hampshire

Hours: 37.5 contracted hours per week

Salary: £42,176.96 per annum, plus a £2,000 Registered Manager allowanceo nce registration is complete, giving a total potential salary of £44,176.96 per annum (annual leave, pension, training, Blue Light Card, wellbeing support, development opportunities).

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Support Manager to lead one of our supported living services in Gosport. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine strong operational leadership with meaningful impact, ensuring people with learning disabilities and mental health needs receive exceptional, person-centred support.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, drive high-quality service delivery, and create an environment where both the people we support and your colleagues can thrive.

What you'll be doing:

As our Registered Support Manager, you'll:

Lead, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding person-centred support.
Champion a culture where the people we support are at the heart of every decision.
Take responsibility for quality, compliance, safeguarding and overall service performance.
Build positive relationships with families, commissioners, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, organisational policies and sector best practice.
Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and the ongoing development of your team.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and service excellence.
Work in partnership with the Operations Manager to deliver safe, effective, caring and well-led services.

About You:

You'll be a confident and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality social care and helping others succeed.

You'll bring:

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs

Previous leadership or management experience within Health & Social Care

A strong understanding of person-centred support, safeguarding and quality care

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence managing compliance, quality standards and service performance

Strong IT skills and experience using digital care systems

A full UK driving licence

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards achieving this)

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

Experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Support Manager
Experience within a CQC-regulated service
Experience preparing for or leading CQC inspections
Knowledge of service development and growth initiatives
Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders across health and social care
