Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Team Leader to spearhead our quality assurance initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the highest standards of product safety, compliance, and quality. Your expertise will drive analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization to ensure our products meet rigorous quality benchmarks. Duties

Lead and motivate the team to achieve departmental goals and uphold company standards
Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with production, and manager to resolve quality issues swiftly and effectively
Maintain detailed documentation of quality metrics, inspection reports, and corrective action records

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and cross-department collaboration
Relevant certifications in quality standards are preferred
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
