Overview

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Team Leader, where your passion for food and leadership skills will inspire excellence in every dish. In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, guide and motivate team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality food experiences. Your energy and culinary expertise will drive a vibrant, efficient, and safe kitchen environment that delights our guests and supports our commitment to exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
Manage food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring timely delivery of dishes that meet safety and quality standards
Oversee food safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, sanitation, and compliance with health regulations
Coordinate with team members to plan menus, allocate tasks, and optimize workflow during busy service periods
Provide mentorship and training to new hires and existing staff to foster skill development and teamwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment by enforcing cleanliness protocols and safety guidelines
Support serving staff during peak hours to ensure seamless guest service experiences

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant environment
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Extensive kitchen experience with knowledge of culinary practices and hospitality standards
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for sanitation and hygiene
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable; serving experience is a plus but not mandatory
