Full job description

SOAK is a new wellbeing studio in Bath based in the city at 7 Saracen Street transforming people’s health and lives through deep rest and contemplative practice. The studio is female owned, designed to be quiet and nervous system friendly, and is full of natural light.

Opening August 2026, SOAK will offer deep rest and recovery in its signature SOAK room where people are cocooned in warm water and bathed in lights and scents of their choice, for a profoundly relaxing and sensory experience. Clients can also book 1:1 health coaching, wellbeing workshops and creative coworking.

SOAK now seeks a Studio Facilitator which is an in-person role with occasional / flexible WFH available. Main tasks include:

Raising awareness of SOAK through health promotion on social media
Writing & editing content on the SOAK website, blog and newsletter
Welcoming clients on reception and guiding them to their SOAK
Developing internal processes for health and safety of the space
Preparing the space when hired by independent health practitioners

You’ll also:

Support the owner to bring the vision and cycle culture of SOAK to life
Shape and develop the role to your strengths over time
Be coached to offer your own wellbeing experience (if of interest)

For this role:

You’ll need design experience and proven skills in online platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Wix, Mailchimp, Canva and scheduling software. An authentic written voice is important
You’ll be deeply interested in health and psychology and will enjoy learning and talking about menstrual cycle & menopause awareness, spiritual health, health promotion and emerging health trends
You’ll love being organised and appreciate the beauty of streamlined internal processes with attention to detail on how they are designed, developed, implemented and stored
You’ll enjoy interacting with all kinds of clients without script or pretence, and contributing to a space that is friendly and meticulously clean
You'll inspire others with a health / creative practice which has likely come out of lived experience or knowledge of moving through health challenges which may or may not include women’s health, neurodiversity, coaching/therapy or other

As the business grows, the role, shifts and hours will vary. There is weekend reception work needed at least once a month and additional evening shifts available too. Please include in 'supporting documents' a brief cover letter to express your interest in working in health and at the wellbeing studio. Feel free to include any links to portfolio work you have of social media campaigns you may have designed and run.

Pay: £13.45-£15.00 per hour
