Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing services tailored to each client’s preferences and features
Offer expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized work station adhering to health and safety standard.
Upsell retail products confidently to support clients’ ongoing hair care needs
Manage front desk tasks including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries with excellent communication skills
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques and providing constructive feedback to foster skill development

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques
Knowledge of store management principles to ensure smooth daily operations in a busy salon environment
Experience in customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
Prior experience mentoring or training new staff members is advantageous
minimum 3 years experience
Level 2
