What will I be doing as a Rehab & Manual Therapist at Hatt’s?

· You’ll go through a structured induction plan that gets you up to speed and ready to treat patients with confidence.

· You’ll become an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, learning how to refer patients to our other services when needed.

· You’ll deliver deliver bespoke rehabilitation programmes to our patients, as well as soft-tissue manual therapy.

· Regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities will help you improve your skills, with opportunities to support others in return.

· Regular service development sessions to help you shape our Rehab & Manual Therapy services.

· You will also be fully trained up in Pilates with the opportunity to cover/run Pilates classes.

We would like someone who:

· Holds a degree in Rehabilitation or Sports Therapy.

· Has a full driving license and access to a vehicle.

· Thrives in a team environment

· Welcomes feedback and coaching to continuously improve their skills.

· Has a solution-focused approach and the drive to help us keep people active and moving.

· Is passionate about rehabilitation and manual therapy and is eager to push themselves to be the best they can be.
