Full job description

Trainee Telesales Executive.

Fix247 Ltd are a well-established supplier to all trades of the construction industry. We are looking for a motivated and driven person to join our friendly outbound telesales team to help us build new relationships with customers and grow our customer base.

FIX247 Ltd have seen exceptional growth over the last 16 years building a reliable and dynamic team that we are looking to expand further. Our site, which is based on the outskirts of Exeter includes the sales and admin team as well as the warehouse.

In this role you will work as part of an office based outbound Telesales team.

The role includes-

Being trained and supported in telesales skills and our product range so you are confident to speak to customers and sell our products and services on a daily basis.
Building your own customer base of new accounts.
Creating basic price lists and keeping them updated using Excel spreadsheets.
Liaising with couriers and suppliers via email and phone.
Building lasting relationships with customers whilst looking to expand the product range they buy from us.

The candidate should have-

The ability to work pro-actively with a good level of self-motivation.
Confidence to identify and speak to customers over the phone.
Excellent communication skills and happy working on your own or as part of a team.
Great organisational skills and time management.
We would love you to care about the service experience of our customers and make sure they are happy with follow up calls and emails.

It is desirable for the candidate to have-

A basic level of general administration skills including some experience of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel

Benefits:

Salary - £26,437.00 per annum
25 Days Annual Holiday plus Bank Holidays
On-site parking.
Purpose built brand new offices and warehouse.
Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm – no weekends)

Nest Pension Scheme.

On successful completion of your probationary period you will be invited to join the company profit related bonus scheme.
