Housing Disrepair Team – Legal Client Care Team Assistant

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £23,135

Contract Type: Perm

Position Type: Full Time – Monday to Friday. To meet the needs of our customers the hours worked are between 9 am and 7 pm - 8 hours inclusive of an hour for lunch.

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Client Care Team Advisor to join our Housing Disrepair Team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their colleagues and clients.

Working within the Client Care Team taking initial calls from prospective clients and dealing with the onboarding documents and financing aspects. This role would suit a recent law graduate or a paralegal who may have previous legal experience or Housing Disrepair experience.

This role comes with the opportunity to progress in time and develop into a fee earning role which would also provide qualifying work experience for qualification by the SQE route or LPC route (subject to being successful in the application process for the latter) if your goal is to qualify as a solicitor.

Responsibilities to include:

· Taking calls from prospective clients and dealing with onboarding documents and financing aspects.

· Building good strong professional working relationships with clients

· Supporting a team of Housing Disrepair Fee Earners

· Reviewing documentation

· Diary management

About You:

· Ideally have knowledge and familiar with the Proclaim Case Management System but training can be provided

· Ideally IT literate

· Great in dealing with customers by phone and general customer handling experience
