Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, manage diverse teams, and ensure the achievement of organisational goals within a dynamic environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Duties

Develop and implement organisational strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and supervise managers and staff across various departments.
Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage sales and merchandising activities to optimise revenue growth.
Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
Coordinate recruitment, training programmes, and staff development initiatives.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered across all touchpoints

Qualifications

Proven management experience in a retail or similar environment with supervisory responsibilities.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English; foreign language for Farsi and Pashto
Experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational planning.
Demonstrated proficiency in administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Previous retail management experience is highly desirable.
Organisational skills that enable seamless coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
Supervising experience with a focus on team management and staff development.

This role is suitable for a proactive leader eager to contribute to organisational success through strategic oversight and operational excellence. Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
