Sales & Account Manager

Location: Hybrid – Office, Field & Home Working
Hours: 32–42 hours per week
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission + Bonus

We're looking for a motivated Sales & Account Manager to help grow our customer base while building long-term relationships with our existing clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, solving business problems and working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing company.

The Role

Your time will be split between working from our office, visiting customers and prospects, and working from home.

You'll be responsible for generating new business, demonstrating our software, onboarding new clients and ensuring existing customers continue to get maximum value from Millie AI.

No two days are the same. One day you could be presenting our platform to a restaurant group, the next helping an existing customer maximise their subscription or attending hospitality networking events.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and win new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations both in person and online.
Build strong relationships with hospitality operators.
Manage customer accounts from onboarding through to ongoing support.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure successful implementation.
Generate referrals and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Attend networking events, exhibitions and customer meetings.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
Achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets.

About You

We're looking for someone who has experience in one or more of the following:

Sales or Business Development
Account Management
Hospitality (restaurants, bars, hotels or leisure)
Technology or SaaS sales

You'll also have:

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence presenting to business owners and decision makers.
A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A full UK driving licence.
Good IT skills and confidence learning new software.

Desirable Experience

Experience selling software or subscription-based services.
Hospitality management experience.
CRM experience (Highlevel, Salesforce or similar).
AI or technology sector experience.
