Full job description

About Us

Bella House is a busy, well-loved independent takeaway serving Bangor with great food and a loyal customer base. We're looking for a reliable part-time team member to help prepare our dough ahead of daily service.

The Role

We're looking for someone to handle our daily dough preparation, including:

Preparing and portioning dough ready for service
Rolling out dough using the dough roller machine
Cutting dough to size for pizza bases
Placing prepared dough into pizza trays, ready for the kitchen
Keeping the prep area clean and tidy throughout the shift
Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For

Reliable and punctual — this role needs to be done consistently every day before service
Comfortable using kitchen equipment (full training provided)
Able to work efficiently to get prep done within the shift window
A good team player who can work well alongside kitchen staff
