Full job description

Due to our expanding property management team, we currently have a new and exciting role available, working from our Bangor office.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience in administration or an inspection roles but not essential as a full training program is provided. This will include training and support in you achieving your Rent Smart Wales agent qualification.

The roles will include:

Use of our CRM system to ensure quick and efficient communication, liaising with landlords, tenants and subcontractors alike.
General administration duties include maintaining the property database, ensuring all files and records are up to date and letter/email creation.
Conducting housing inspections and visiting properties across North Wales.
Producing inventories using smartphones and tablets.
Responsible for collating of safety certificates for letting properties, ensuring the database is kept updated at all times.
Confidently communicating with tenants, landlords, contractors and internal teams via email and phone.
Follow up on outstanding payments, paperwork and contact information.
Update internal Excel spreadsheets.

Person Specification

Must possess excellent customer service skills
Experience working to tight deadlines, with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident telephone manner
Must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must have full UK driving license for at least 2 years

Working Hours: 8:45am - 5:30pm Mon - Friday. 38.75hrs total. Saturday 9am-1pm on rota, typically 1 per month.
