JOB SUMMARY

About Us

We are a UK-based consumer products company specialising in lifestyle products, including luggage, bags, travel accessories and home products. With established online sales channels and strong supply chain capabilities, we are now expanding into offline retail and supermarket channels across the UK.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Business Development Manager who already understands the UK retail landscape and has the right connections to help us enter major supermarket and retail groups.

This role is ideal for someone who has existing relationships with supermarket buyers and can help accelerate product listings.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and expanding our offline retail business, with a focus on:

Building relationships with major UK supermarket groups and retail chains

Identifying suitable product opportunities and category entry points

Approaching and communicating directly with buyers, category managers and purchasing teams

Presenting products and negotiating listing opportunities

Managing the process from initial contact through to product launch

Developing long-term partnerships with retail customers

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can bring existing retail connections and practical market experience.

Essential:

✅ Proven experience in UK supermarket / retail business development

✅ Existing relationships with supermarket buyers, category managers or purchasing teams

✅ Demonstrated success in securing product listings or retail partnerships

✅ Strong understanding of UK retail buying processes

✅ Ability to independently open opportunities and drive projects forward

Preferred experience:
