Title: Commis Chef - Food Truck at Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground (Mon to Fri 3pm to 9pm)

Location: Enfield

Salary: £14.80 per hour

Job Description

Ensuring that both the Food Truck and outside seating area is always kept in a clean and tidy condition, ensuring presentation is at the forefront of everything you do.
To be able to work without supervision and use your initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
To serve our customers with the highest level of customer service with maximum speed, efficiency and always with a smile.
Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Commis Chef is essential
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Works according to the BaxterStorey core values
