Litigation Team, Contentious Probate

Liverpool City Centre, office-based role.

Full time (5 days/35 hours)

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Legal Support professional to join our Litigation team based in Liverpool city centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity within a market-leading practice, offering meaningful responsibility, exposure to high-quality work, and the chance to support one of the most respected teams in the Liverpool city region.

The role is ideally suited to someone who takes pride in precision, organisation, and professionalism, and who is looking to make a valued contribution within a high-performing legal environment.

The Role

You will provide administrative support to the Litigation team, acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients and professional advisers and ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Day to day you act as a point of contact for colleagues, clients, and third-party advisers building and maintaining effective working relationships.

Candidate Profile : Skills and Experience

Experience in a comparable legal support role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)

The ability to manage competing priorities calmly and effectively

A proactive and reliable approach to work

Confidence using case management systems and legal IT

A sound working knowledge of relevant legal processes

Previous experience supporting a litigation team or working within a transactional legal services team.
