Full job description

Overview

A reliable and skilled maintenance operative responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across Liverpool and a site in Widnes, throughout the weekends. The role involves ensuring properties and facilities remain safe, functional and well-maintained while responding promptly to maintenance issues. Own vehicle and tools is essential.

Responsibilities

Carry out general building maintenance and repairs.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks.
Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent repair requests.
Complete planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
Liaise professionally with tenants, guests, contractors and management.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in general property or facilities management
Good knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and basic knowledge of electrical work.
Ability to work independently and manage workload efficient and effectively.
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence required (to travel between properties).
Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: £14.50 per hour
