Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Waitress/Bar Staff member and become the heart of an energetic, welcoming environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service, expertly handling food and beverage orders, and creating a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with menus, drink orders, and seating arrangements to foster a friendly atmosphere
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction
Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain a clean, organized work area including tables, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with health regulations
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Manage guest inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest services throughout their visit

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic math skills for handling bills and payments
Experience with food preparation or kitchen work is a plus, demonstrating versatility in supporting team needs
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods
Knowledge of culinary practices or previous bar experience will be advantageous in delivering top-tier service
Ability to work well within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
