Full job description

Please note, we have a perm role and a 12 month fixed-term contract (FTC).

From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

You'll be reporting into our Driver line Team Leader and be part of the team who are the first point of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle. Whether that's a company car driver with a headlight out or a commercial van driver whose dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call. You'll be ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance quickly and professionally.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% attendance at our Trowbridge office.

You'll also:

Handle a high volume of inbound calls
Make contact with our garage network to book vehicles in for repair
Arrange hire vehicles were appropriate for our customers
Monitor the shared email mailbox and carrying out admin duties as required

What you'll bring.

You'll have customer service skills, as well as enjoy being on the phone and confident with both inbound and outbound calls. Your excellent communication skills and customer first mindset will see you go above and beyond to keep our customers on the road.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

Able to remain calm and professional under pressure, while thinking on your feet
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player with a collaborative approach
