Sales Coordinator

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our friendly office team.

This isn't a scripted call centre role.

Every customer has a different problem, and your job is to understand their situation, build confidence, recommend the right solution and deliver an outstanding customer experience from the very first phone call through to booking the work.

This is a varied sales role combining inbound enquiries, warm lead follow-up and proactive outbound business development. You'll spend part of your day helping customers who contact us and part of your day creating new opportunities by contacting prospective customers and previous clients. If you're confident speaking to people, enjoy building relationships and don't mind picking up the phone to make proactive sales calls, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Be Doing

Answering inbound enquiries from new and existing customers.
Following up warm website enquiries and quotations.
Making proactive outbound calls to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities.
Contacting previous customers and lapsed accounts to build long-term relationships.
Building lasting relationships with customers over the telephone.
Advising customers on the most appropriate services for their needs.
Preparing quotations using our CRM system.
Booking appointments for our surveyors and technicians.
Speaking confidently with domestic customers, commercial clients and public sector organisations.
Identifying opportunities to upsell our wide range of specialist services.
Supporting the wider office team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Bringing ideas to improve our processes, customer experience and sales performance.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous telephone sales experience.
Is comfortable making outbound prospecting calls as well as handling inbound enquiries.
Enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships.
Can confidently overcome objections and build trust with customers.
Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Is motivated by achieving targets and earning uncapped commission.
Has excellent communication and listening skills.
Takes ownership of their work.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
Wants to learn, develop and build a long-term career.

Experience within pest control, drainage, facilities management or property services would be an advantage, but is not essential. Full training will be provided.

£28,000 - £30,000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £40,000+.
