You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Milton Keynes.

This community pharmacy is commutable from Norhampton or Luton and is located on the high street. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery/health centre.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 6,000 items a month/week
It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS and all private services.
It provides services to substance misuse patients.
Huge opportunity to grow the pharmacy and drive services as the only pharmacy in the area

This pharmacy is open 9:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12:30pm on Saturday.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
