We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager in Wetherby, Leeds.

With a diverse customer base ranging from global corporations to independent businesses, we are committed to ensuring workplace safety through expert training and compliance solutions.

We are a close-knit and friendly team based in modern offices in the centre of Wetherby, Leeds.

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and energetic Account Manager to join our eLearning Sales team.

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming customer enquiries via telephone, email, live chat and website submissions
Provide prompt and accurate assistance to our customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues
Maintain regular contact with our customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships, serving as their primary point of contact for all service-related matters
Consistently meet and exceed OKRs and targets set by the Team Leader
Ensure high-quality communication with customers across various channels, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services to customers
Prepare and deliver accurate information, quotes, and service proposals based on customer requirements
Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system with attention to detail
Make a set number of outbound calls

Requirements:

Minimum one year of experience in an Account Management/Sales role or similar
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and an understanding of UK market needs is preferred, although full training is provided
