Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Night Shift CNC Turner to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate computer numerical control (CNC) turning machines during the night shift to produce high-quality precision components. Your expertise in machining processes, mechanical knowledge, and attention to detail will ensure efficient production and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship and technical skills come together to create exceptional products.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC turning machines, ensuring accurate programming and calibration based on technical drawings and specifications.
Interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and Mastercam models to produce precise parts.
Perform routine machine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal operation.
Conduct quality checks using basic math skills and measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, machine settings, and inspection results.
Collaborate with team members on assembly processes involving plastics injection molding, welding, or other fabrication tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience operating CNC turning machines or similar machining equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in grinding, milling, and tooling techniques.
Proficiency with CAD software such as Mastercam or similar programs for interpreting technical drawings.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality verification.
Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards.
