You’ll be joining us at our Herne Bay Practice on a full time, permanent basis

Salary up to £40,000p.a depending on experience
Holidays starting at 25 days, rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.

Skills and Experience -

Able to manage a team to achieve and hit targets
Able to prioritise and delegate tasks
Experienced in people management with the ability to develop and support.
