Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our team at Willow View School in Warrington.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist educational setting where relationships, wellbeing, and personalised learning are at the heart of everything we do. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports children to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You'll Be Doing

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Support children to achieve their individual educational, social, and emotional goals
Develop effective relationships with pupils, families, and professionals
Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to inform future learning
Contribute to individual learning plans and educational reviews
Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through a nurturing approach

Salary

Starting salary from £30,198 per annum (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within EYFS
A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to build positive and supportive relationships with children and families
A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Experience working with children who have additional needs or who require specialist support would be advantageous.
