We are looking for a new team member to join us as an Maintenance Worker at our Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre.
This is a casual position and will be a 0 hour contract - You will be required to attend as and when needed.
Location: Stapeley Grange Wildlife Centre
It's important to us that you feel part of our team from the start. We like to keep in touch with regular check-ins and team meetings. There's always a teammate around for support or a quick chat.

What a day might look like for you

We are ideally looking for an individual who has experience within manual labour, specifically plumbing.
Routine maintenance and repairs of buildings - cattery, wildlife hospital and associated enclosures, sheds and aviaries
General gardening of grounds
Plumbing experience essential to this position
Carpentry and masonry skills beneficial

What will help you succeed in this role:
Experience with a wide range of power tools is essential
Problem-solving skills
Experience working with volunteers
Health and Safety knowledge
A full driving license

Successful candidates for certain RSPCA roles will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor visas.
