You’ll be someone who leads by example, knows how to de-escalate and create a sense of safety, even in the most challenging situations.

Requirements for our Support Workers:

For us mindset and potential matters just as much as experience, that’s why we’re looking for Support Workers who are:

Patient, resilient and emotionally aware
Willing to learn and grow
Committed to making a difference, even on the tough days

Able to see beyond behaviour and understand the “why” behind it
Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)
Able to commit to 12 hour shifts

Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we’ll give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
