Full job description

We are looking for an administration officer to join us at our offices in Indian Queens.

The position is 37.5 hours per week (Mon to Friday) start and finish times flexible week to week

Rate of pay is £28,000 per annum to rise to £30,000 after successfully completing probation

The role:

- Answering the telephone

- Answering emails

- Liaising with engineers and other team members

- Updating of CRM system

- Paper and electronic filing

- Credit control

- Archiving of receipts

- Confirming service visits with customers

- Any other ad hoc duties as required

No formal qualification required, but must be able to travel to Indian Queens , be computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner.

Certus Biomedical Ltd is a medical equipment service and supply company, based in Indian Queens, Cornwall. We stock and service a wide range of products, specialising in medical equipment. With a state of the art purpose built anaesthetic vaporiser service centre, we carry out extensive maintenance and repairs on these life critical devices. In addition our field service engineers and installation teams work nationwide to provide vital services, repairs and bespoke installations.
