You’ll be right at the heart of the hotel, making sure everything runs smoothly and helping your team shine. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Leading by example and supporting your team across all departments.
Coaching, developing, and celebrating colleagues to help them shine.
Planning shifts and workloads to keep operations running smoothly.
Monitoring budgets, costs, and identify ways to improve.
Be visible, approachable, and ready to assist guests.
Ensuring the hotel is safe, welcoming, and meets brand standards
