Salary: £2,500 per month

About Us

Sovereign Parks is an established and expanding holiday and residential park operator with a portfolio of high-quality parks across the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high operational standards and achieving excellent sales performance.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our Midlands parks.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who enjoys leading people, improving business performance and supporting multiple sites.

The Role

Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will oversee the operational performance of several parks, ensuring that each location operates efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving business objectives.

You will work closely with Park Managers, office teams, administrators and sales staff to ensure company standards, procedures and targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of multiple park locations across the Midlands.
Support, motivate and manage Park Managers, office teams and administrative staff.
Monitor office performance, ensuring company procedures are followed.
Oversee CRM systems, ensuring enquiries, customer records and sales pipelines are accurately maintained.
Monitor and report on KPIs across all parks.
Drive sales performance and support teams in achieving lodge sales targets.
Assist with customer appointments and lodge sales where required.
Work alongside the marketing department to maximise lead generation and improve conversion rates.
Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

Carry out regular park visits, audits and team meetings.

Produce reports for senior management.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all sites.
Support recruitment, staff development and performance management.
Maintain consistency in company policies, procedures and operational standards.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous management experience in a regional, operations, general management or similar leadership role.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Experience managing multiple teams or locations.
Commercial awareness with the ability to achieve and exceed business targets.
Experience working with CRM systems and performance reporting.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Willingness to travel across the Midlands.

Desirable:

Experience within the holiday park, leisure, hospitality, tourism, property or retail sectors.
Experience supporting sales teams and working towards KPIs.
Marketing or lead generation experience.
